How to Update your Navy Record with your IT Certifications (JST/Navy College)

  1. Go to: https://jst.doded.mil/smart/dodMandatoryBanner.do
  2. Click on “Open a New Inquiry”
  3. Select Type of Issue: “Non-Academic Certifications /Licensures”
  4. Fill out form and upload your certifications, make sure that your certification has been certified true copy and digitally signed by your Mentor, N7, or CoC as depicted in image below.
