CDR Zinga, is a true leader in every definition the word leader has, I’m honored and glad to be under his leadership and guidance. A year ago when I spoke with him about joining the Naval Officers Reserve Information Professional program, he took the time to offer and speak with me on the phone without prior introduction between the two of us. Explained to me everything about being an IP Officer in the greatest Navy in the world. CDR Zinga didn’t only stop at that, he kept in contact with me and answered all my questions through out the whole process, made me feel like we know each other personally.
When I got selected as Information Professional Officer O3, he was happy for me as much I was and he even started introducing me to other IP Officers to connect and share knowledge.
