I had the privilege of working with Bob Zinga when I started my first Information Security position in 2017. I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Bob, who was my supervisor, and now consider him a mentor. I learned so much from him when I started – not just from a technical standpoint, but from a management perspective as well. He is a true leader in every sense of the word. He takes pride in everything he does – he is ethical, hard working, and truly wants to make the world a better place.
Bob is extremely knowledgeable in all things technical and security related. He has the ability to convey information from the most technical individuals to the those with little or no technical background. He is extremely generous in sharing his knowledge, and enjoys teaching (and learning) from others.
Bob had excellent customer service skills, and had good rapport with all of our customers. He is dedicated and hardworking, and can always be relied upon. I look forward to working with Bob again in the future.
