Bob Fabien Zinga is one of the few people I know whom I can speak accurately and consistently of concerning his professionalism and his personality. I know him very well, not only as a friend and co-worker, but as his wife. Therefore, I am aware of the many attributes of his personality, and can shed some light into the person that he is.
I recommend him for any IT-related position he qualifies for, first and foremost because of his loyalty. Bob has proven to be trustworthy in many positions in his life. He is dependable and consistent. If any problem arises, he is immediately on task as he solves numerous problems on a daily basis, helping to boost the bottom line for his department. On one occasion, during a network related crisis, I’ve witnessed him contacting his work team members by cell phone and by email as he and our family were on vacation one weekend. He worked speedily and consistently, reaching out to each contact, guiding his employees, and informing each department to be notified, until the problem was resolved over the phone within thirty minutes.
Secondly, Bob has an excellent knack for leadership. If he sees something that needs to be done or something missing, Bob immediately figures out a way to meet the need and fill the gap . By either utilizing a team of supporters at his disposal, or rolling up his sleeves to do it himself, he will figure out a way to solve problems. Bob has been solving network and security related problems for years, both at his job and at home- and I can truly say, that no matter the circumstance (whether home or work), he is just as avid about ensuring a quick and speedy solution process so that all members of his team are happy- both at home and abroad. This has proven a handy characteristic for his line of work, especially in this era in which network security can be compromised so easily. Bob takes his job of overseeing networks and network security quite seriously, and acts quickly in leading others to do the same.
I also recommend him because of his commitment to ongoing education and entrepreneurial spirit. Bob is always seeking to enhance his knowledge and skills whenever possible by doing whatever it takes to seek appropriate education and accreditations. He typically will plan months in advance to attend workshops and courses that can be of help to his advancement in any way. Bob’s goal is to ensure that his department will be positively affected by any new knowledge he attains.
I can certainly vouch that he is a wonderful husband and father, and that he is able to efficiently balance the many aspects of his life, without neglecting either. Bob is what I call a winner. Both career-minded, and a people person, Bob is sure to be a great source of positive energy, and a wonderful addition to any team.
