I worked with Bob for a couple of years while we designed and implemented a new network and data center at Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). As the Director of Cyber Security, Bob was instrumental in defining security posture, response, and strategy policies. My team and I worked in conjunction with him and his team to define security boundaries, author security and response policies and implement a system that would provide a high level of security and much needed flexibility for DLIFLC.
Overall, Bob was conscientious, dedicated and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and integrity throughout the time I was there.
I wish Bob all the best and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again should our careers cross paths again.
